The unique ultra thin coating on Elixir Nanoweb guitar strings makes these feel and sound like uncoated strings, with an ultra bright tone and punch that surpasses most other coated strings. Fender Bullets have bullet shaped ends which slot perfectly into Fender style tremolo blocks, increasing tuning stability. Gibson Brite Wires and Les Paul Strings have a Swedish Steel hexagonal core. The Brite Wires feature a nickel plated steel winding for crisp attack, while the Les Paul strings feature pure nickel winding. Thomastik offer two electric guitar string series. Infeld Superalloy electric guitar strings are reputedly the loudest available. Thomastik Blues Sliders silk inlay produce sweeter harmonics. |
